Chargeback of fees

Hi,

It would be good to have the ability to charge back monthly fees. We can only charge back transactions.
Suppose that I charged 500 people with an automatic monthly fee. But then, I realize that 2 of that customers shouldn't have paid that fee. I cannot make a charge back.
