How to disable scheduled payments?
Hi,
We have activated several scheduled payments by installments for some members.
We want to turn them off and did not find how.
It seems to have been canceled but the payments are also made.
Best regards,
Joan

Hi,
You should go to the account config page, select the transfer type you and to edit, and remove the option for scheduled payments.

Hi Alexandre,
We do not get it, the system continue making payments (5 Ecopunts /month).
Settings : Products (Group 2 Comerços i Professionals) -> Scheduled payments -> None
Could you do it?
Many thanks,
Joan

What is your problem, Paul?
Re: How to disable scheduled payments?
Hi,
Scheduled payments are member or system payments made manually by an user or admin to a future date.
I think this is not your problem.
Maybe you are using an account fee or a transaction fee?
Can you confirm this?

Re: How to disable scheduled payments?
I think your problem is that you had the scheduled payment enabled, made some schedules, and then remove the permissions for the schedules.
This way you cannot do a new schedule but the existent schedules will remain and will be processed.
To fix this you need to grant the permissions again, go to scheduled list and delete all schedules, after remove the permissions.
