For some time now we had a custom portuguese translation in our site.
But today we received reports that anyone that enters the site sees everything in english again!
When I enter as the admin, the same problem occurs, but in the Application Translation area everything seems to be ok - including the customization we did (a long time ago).
What do you think happened and how can we fix it?

We think it may have to do with the upgrade from Cyclos version that comes with improvements in the language translation?
