Mobile POS

Hello

I am trying to get the Mobile POs working - I have gone through the documents and set it up but I am not seeing the "settings Icon" in the mobile app

What settings should I look at first to find the cause of this ?

Ok I must be missing something I have gone through all the set up again one step at a time, I am still not seeing the "Setting Icon" in the top bar of the app ??

4.3 using 1.1.1 - How do I activate the POS mode ? @alex .. please help

This is where I am at : I am sure I have the settings for the Access client correct, code issued and POSweb payment info looks correct

Please can we get some guidance on how to get the Mobile POS working .. we are having difficulties just using the "receive" function, logging in every time takes too many steps and is to slow at the tellers

Sorry the Mobile POS will only be available on version 1.2.

I am working with android but just checked on the IOS version I see that still 1.1 when do anticipate that being upgraded

The new app looks nice and it's a great improvemet. Congrats to the team

Anyone has idea whether QR scanning is supposed to work with this release? The mobile client itself does not seem to have the camera permission so I doubt it can scan qr codes in itself. On the other hand if i choose "Barcode" it requires me to enter the card identification code manually.

Is there a way to activate a QR/barcode scanner at this point? It would be extremely simple to scan the code at this point. If not otherwise, by invoking a sanning intent from a 3rd party app (like Barcode Scanner).

NFC: I was trying to pesonalize a MifareUltralight card, but it gave me communication errors. Is there a list of what NFC cards are supported?

Yes, the new app looks great, very good improvement in user interaction.

Did you get the Mobile POS working with 4.3.2 or we have to wait for 4.4?

Just been reading up on the Mobile App in POS mode and noticed the follow

" The NFC POS is currently only available for Android. In the future NFC support for other devices might be added, also we will try to add support for paying with barcodes/QR-codes to the mobile app. "

I know this answers a few questions above !
