Hi,
is it possible to configure the custom payment fields so they can be searched in the advanced search of the accounts history?
Thanks!

Re: payment fields in search
Hi, we were looking for this in version 4.3 but we did not find it. We expected this feature would be available in Account types -> New transfer filter?

Hi,
It's possible on Cyclos 4.3.
I need to go to System > account configuration > account types then select the member account:
Here you have 2 options:
1 Custom fields on search = fields to be showed as filters in advanced options.
2 Custom fields on list = fields that will be showed on list results.
After this you need to go to System > user configuration > products then select the member product and on "Visible transaction fields" check the fields that the member can see.
This way the fields will be showed as filters or list results.
Regards

Re: payment fields in search
OK, we found it. Thanks. But i think there is a problem. The payment fields are assigned at the transfer type level. But the custom fields on search and the custom fields on list are assigned at the account type level.
We tested it and users that do not have access to certain transfer types still see the filters on search.
A solution could be to move this feature to the transfer type details.
Another solution would be that before showing the fields in search, only the fields that correspond to transfer types within the permissions of the user are shown.
What do you think?

Sorry, we were testing with an admin user. Everything works OK.
Then i understand with the admin you can see all the filters and with the rest of the users, the permissions are set in the product in "Visible transaction fields".

Even for admins there is the option in the permissions tab for visible transaction fields.cycloshost wrote:Sorry, we were testing with an admin user. Everything works OK.

However, we have migrated admin groups to view all fields, while not member products, so by default there wouldn't have the chance to happen exactly what you said: users viewing fields they don't have access.
