Hi,
We cannot reproduce the problem.
Please check if the configuration has the web-services channel enabled and check if the channel are enabled at the user channel access preferences.
If the problem persists please inform us and send the login credentials to the email info@cyclos.org. This way we can try to reproduce the problem.
Regards

Re: "Access not authorised from your location"
Hi,
On the webservice channel details the access is not enabled for the users:
User access: Disabled by default (user can’t access the channel but can enable it)
This way each user need to go to his preferences and enable the channel to be able to login,
On the user that you was trying to login the channel was disabled, i set the channel to enabled, so you can try to login. Also i changed the webservice channel to be enabled by default at user access setting. This way the users doesn't need to config their channels to login on mobile.
