help in Charge Back

Hello,

I need help in how to use the charge back. I read the manual but not enough.

Under group permissions, lets say Full brokers I try to activate the trade transfer chargeback for full members and after I click in submit changes I see that it didn't activate.

Previously I activated under permissions for full members trade transfer chargeback.

I'm I missing something or doing something backwards?
