Cyclos 4.4 - scheduled payment

After upgrading to cyclos 4.4, when a user makes a scheduled payment, he cannot make another payment, because cyclos will tell him that it is needed some time between transactions.
However, this message is shown even hours or days after the first scheduled payment. It seems that it is needed the scheduled payment to be processed to allow a new payment.
We have configured 5 seconds between transactions to avoid duplications of payments.
