System message goes to all operators with same operator group name

When sending a system message to a user, the message also goes to all operators on Cyclos with same operator group name as the intended user's operator group names.

Check on the operator group if it has the permission View / send messages
With this permission the operator have access to the user messages.

Thank you for response. But what I meant is that message sent to a user also goes to all operators of other users that have operator group name set the same as the operator group name of intended message recipient.

It seems like Cyclos uses the operator group name instead of operator username as identifier when sending messages to users operators (if operators have permission to view user messages).

Hi,
Can you inform your Cyclos version?
It is working fine on the latest version, but I can check the bug in your version.
Or you can update your instance to get the fix.
It is fixed since version 4.13.1.
