How to customize joomla to look like this template...

Hello all,

Does anyone know how to customize joomla to look like this template or where to download it from?
Also with wich version of joomla will this work?

Did you find the template? It is pretty, and I note that they use a "Go To Member Profile" button I don't see in my 3.7 installation.
