No permission to loggin with the app

Hi,

I'm trying to login on my cyclos with the application mobile but a message show that "you haven't permissions necessary to do the action asked". So channel application mobile is configured for users and password type associate too.

Could you help me with that ?

Hi Sonantes,

Be sure that your Mobil Channel is enabled:
Configuration details -> Channels -> App mobil -> Channel configuration details (see here if all parameters are OK)

You can try also uninstall APP and reinstall it in your mobile.

All is correct and app mobile channel is active for user and in the configuration details. So even if i uninstall my app on IOS it doesn't works.
A loader appear and disappear after few second for the error message about not enought permissions for my user.

Another idea perhaps ?

Before it worked OK?
Runnig OK on Android?
Maybe problem appears with the last version launched last May?
You can try a re-index users to update last values:
Users management -> Bulk actions -> Re-index

We tested on IOS and Android and this is the same behavior for the both.

We installed also our cyclos 4.7 since June so i don't know if this is about may Version.

I tried to reindex users but still the same message unfortunatly.

There is another parameters to authorize users access at mobile app ? If we give permissions just for part of menu it could block app home screen ?

I understand that your APP has never worked.
Maybe a problem in Products:
User configuration -> Products -> Users -> Product details (see here Product channels and Identification methods are enabled for APP and users respectively).
After, apply this product to your group/s.
