Installation Problems

Post by holy681 »

Good day

I hope you are well.

I need help with installing Cyclos on my azure webapp. I have downloaded the zip file and deployed the application to the root folder of the application
The problem I am having is that I am getting the following error: The absolute uri: [http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core] cannot be resolved in either web.xml or the jar files deployed with this application.

Attached is the full screenshot of the error I am receiving.

I have tried different solutions and none have worked for me. I am hoping the community can help me install Cyclos.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards

Hi,

First check if the directory structure were ok.
Should be something like this attached image:

Also you need to verify the file permissions.
All files should be granted to the user that are running the tomcat.

Good day

the directory structure for the web app is the same as yours.
the files have been granted permissions but the problem still persists.

Is it possible to have a session on this and sort it out together or are there other settings or configurations to do on my part that I haven't done yet?

Kind regards

No have a look in your structure.
You have:
webapps/ROOT/web/cyclos files

It should be only:
webapps/ROOT/cyclos files
