Error when trying to pay a ticket

Hi,

I've searched by an answer in the forum, but I didn't find anything similar to our problem.
We are using cyclos 4.9.2.
We can generate tickets.
When the payer wants to pay a ticket, after inserting the password and clicking Access, we receive an error message. Translating to english is something similar to: the asked data cannot be found. Ticket with key Ppgxbp96eJvaD081Sj7nLKJv96I1b2jp

Any idea of what might be wrong?

I have found the reason of this error.
It was connected to a misconfiguration of the product that was being paid by the ticket. In product applied to channels I hadn't selected access main web (versions 4.8.5 and below) or easy invoice or ticket in v. 4.9.0 or above.
