Unable to connect to API

[Abetterworld]

I've enabled the web services in the configuration but somehow I can't get it to work.
When we visit our domain/rest/general we get a 404 error.

The requested URL domain.nl//rest/general was not found on this server.

How can we solve this because we need access to the web services.
