We would like to configure the mobile app, but we don't know where to start. In the documentation there is no information. We use cyclos 4 pro, but we can't find any starting point. Where should we start if we want to configure the mobile app so that it can be used for users?

I think you already got it working, but for the record just install it from itunes or google play and fill in the url of Cyclos. Make sure the channel webservices is enabled in the configuration but also for the specific user you are using the mobile app with.
