Mobile App not working

Thanks! The problem was that the chain certificate was with the SHA-2 but not the .crt Now it connects.

I have the same problem. I cannot login to my server via ios app. "Access denied. The channel used to connect to the server is not allowed.

Hi,

Check on the cyclos configuration if the Mobile app channel is enabled and also need to be enable at the user channel preferences.

Yeap, I found that. But settings are not saved. Only Web channel (last of 4) is checked after saving.

At the channel config, check the property "User access". put it on "enforced enabled" so the users cannot disable the channel.

Please, share URI to this settings. When I edit channel I see just name and description of it (/global/#access.channels.list)

Go to menu system -> configurations
Click on the default configuration
go to channels tab
then select the mobile app channel.

Another thing is that regarding the url that you post you are in the global mode.
The mobile app should be used in the network level, so first you need to create a network, then after you can access from mobile.

i have the same problem but can connect only without ssl connection.

do you have some on an idea solve that

Dear cyclos community,

i solved my connection problem by activating SSLProtocol +TLSv1 +TLSv1.1 +TLSv1.2 apache vhost.....it seems android require TLSv1 +TLSv1.1.
