Password Changed On Another Mobile Device Without Confirmation

Hi Admin,

I did a password change on another mobile device and unlike what happens on the online interface
where you will be asked to confirm the change by entering the code sent to your mobile phone or email,
there was nothing like that.

I think that this can be a loophole for fraud.

Kindly look into this because Cyclos4 is known for its uncompromisingly high security features.
