Mobile phone: why is it unique?

Hi,

We do not use mobile phone has an user identifier. Why is it always unique? We cannot allow users to use the same mobile phone in different user accounts. For example, if user A has a personal account and a company account he must have 2 mobile phones...
And now, with PSD2 this issue is very important, because it is mandatory to send PINs and also to limit session time to 5 minutes. So, email PINs won't be useful. Only sms PINs will be useful.

It is possible to allow not unique phone numbers. this can be done in the main (default) configuration.
Configuration - Phones - Unique mobile phone - select 'No'

I had and have «No» selected as you can see in attached image, but it requires to be a unique value. Version of Cyclos 4.11.2.

I found how to fix it. I was trying to fix this issue in a child configuration. I can only fix it in the father configuration.
