It is a good feature to have a documents page inside cyclos as you already have. My suggestion is to allow that, when user is seeing that page, the documents are organized by categories. You have already created categories to organize documents in administration side and to associate documents categories to groups of users.
I believe that cyclos just need to show the categories to users to.

It is not professional to show all these things mixed in a table of documents.
