A member of our LETS who has admin and user accounts cannot login on either. The error is:
There was an unexpected error while processing your request:
Error parsing JSON: SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 3
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Sean.
PS when I logged in to my user and admin accounts to have a look, I was required to change my passwords. Why was this?

User unable to login/broken password code?
I have investigated further.
1. The parsing error is generated because the user's password included two % signs next to each other followed by a number, it was of the form
xyc%%1
This was a password that has worked for a long time.
2. I changed the users password to xyz%2018 from Admin, the change was accepted. However, I could not log the user in with that password, the error is "incorrect password".
3. I changed the users password to xyz2018 and logon is fine.
4. When I tried to logon to my community user and admin accounts yesterday I was required to change passwords after successfully logging in. That has never happened to me before and I have no idea why it happened.
5. Yesterday I logged on to this forum with no problem to report the user error above. Today I could not logon to post this update - the error was incorrect password. Fortunately the forgotten password link worked.
It looks very much as if some password code has been altered/updated and, in the process, broken.
