Vouchers redeem error then MobileApp

If I want to redeem the voucher. And I scan QR-code or enter the code of the voucher, then I get an error.

The action couldn't be processed, as there were validation errors: payment type is invalid.

I'm waiting for help.

Hi,

Check the payment type used for redeem voucher, the mobile channel must be enabled.

The user can use the mobile application.

Hi,
You need to check it by the web interface with the network admin.
It is on menu System -> Account configuration -> Voucher configurations.
