Several Users receive no mail

Hi,

Several of our users complain they do not receive mails from cyclos. Their notification configuration is OK.
These users are using free email accounts like hotmail, gmail etc. I have a commercial email provider and I receive all mail.

In my company we are having trouble to mail to this kind of free providers. Microsoft has a more strict policy towards (bulk)mailers than before.

Is it possible that cyclos is blacklisted for one or more mail providers?
What can I advise our users in order to receive mail?

If you are using the default smtp settings, maybe the mails are being received as spam.
You can change the smtp settings with your mail settings to fix these problems.
