USA - IRS reporting

Post by CSMorris » Wed Jan 20, 2016 2:05 pm

Hey guys,

We need to do an export that has each transaction listed for each account. Here in the US, only corporate entities can report their aggregate totals, whereas non-corporate entities must report each transaction individually via an electronic submission. We can handle the submissions, but we need the reports for the accounts we have that aren't corporate. Is there a way we can do this?

Thank you!

Try the payment overview (make sure you have the permission for this):
Banking > General overviews > Payments > Make sure to select the right from and to accounts. And you can copy them manually.

If your project is getting to big for this, this functionality should be available through our API too:

Excellent! I'll get in there and see how things come out.

Also in case others in the US find themselves in a similar position, we found someone who will handle all the electronic submission details for us for a very affordable rate. Please contact me at scott@ithacash.com if you would like to be put in touch with him.
