I already solved the problem myself. So, I just made the requested donation to upgrade communities, but after a day of granted permissions I don't see any changes as the admin. With this I mean I don't see any options in which to create networks, groups and brokers like in the videos. Also I already got my own domain to improve all of it. A question might be... Why I'm not getting what was offered in communities upgrade? I need to admin networks and groups for them to help controlling our new Digit-Currency.

I'm using Cyclos 4 Communities only, cos as I said I'm not using Cyclos 4 Pro due to Docker and Cyclos don't work together now. I'm having some help from Docker support but it worked just once, now it's the same sad story. They say Cyclos 4 Pro is the problem, but as you know, with a free license for 300 users I cannot have any support and Cyclos team charge $100 per hour to give support.
Now I'm struggling with the DNS server to link my new domain with communities.cyclos.org which is a more complicated story, cos its DNS server has errors.

Manu, wait a little more. On Monday night we could not access our community.
Cyclos are making changes, we have noticed in our configuration.
I do not think you have the account blocked by Cyclos.
Otherwise you will have to wait response from Cyclos.

So, I got a question now cos I need to manage or create some groups to help managing the entire population about to come, but my upgraded community account does not have this option. I just can manage users. Where is this option, in the menu, to create at least groups? or Why isn't there this option in the menu, the way there is in the video tutorials? Those you sent me before and I've already checked.

Login as admin and click System, you have to see on some place User configuration => Products/Groups/Password types/Profile fields

For acces to your communitie via mobile :
First (as admin) you have to activate the mobile channel : System => Configuration details => Channels => Mobile App => Acces channel => User acces => Select : Enabled by default => Save
After :
1 - Download APP (Android) : https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... los.mobile
2 - Only for the first time, enter your URL (https://communities.cyclos.org/DigitDNA#home)
3- Login with your user name and password

This means you don't have a direct access to them neither you can grant access to channels config.
