You can use the API or REST API to generate a card to give to your customer.
At our company, we used the cyclos feature documents to create a dynamic document that shows the user QR code. Then, they can print it clicking print button.

Hi, When people chose to receive OTP by sms, the message that they receive have <p> and </p>: O seu PIN temporario é dxx3y03 <p>Este valor so pode ser usado uma vez.</p> It seems that sms uses the same sentences of email message with OTP and it shouldn't. We use Cyclos 4.11.2. Best regards

We have changed server and now works fine.

If we use Amazon S3 to save files uploaded in a record field, when we delete the record, is the file at Amazon S3 also deleted or it stays at Amazon S3 unreachable by Cyclos?

Many customers complain that Cyclos OTP is not intuitive and they click for another OPT instead of confirming the inserted OTP.
So, we suggest to change the order of fields and button to avoid this. See attached image to understand how we think that OTP should be.
