User identification method: local token retrieval

Hi I've just created a new user identification method to access web services. And I've just realised that it would be great if a new option could be implemented: Token retrieval method Using Access Code (default) Web UI In case of the first choice, current behaviour would be used (The use case would...

Re: [v4.7] REST API PUT /users/{user} wrong validation error

Oh, my bad!

I sent the JSON back as I got it from the data-for-edit request, however, I do only need to send the enclosed "user" object!!

Sorry.

Re: [v4.7] REST API PUT /users/{user} wrong validation error

I thought it might have something to do with

Code: Select all

    "membernumber": {
      "edit": false,
      "managePrivacy": false
    },
Obviously, if I can't edit it, then I might require not including it. However, doing so does not solve the issue.

Re: [v4.7] REST API GET /users/{user}/data-for-edit fields i

Well, one problem is, that version is a property of user. So getting fields=version,user.customValues obviously excludes the user.version property, and includes the (non-existing) version property. So that solves part of the mystery.

[SOLVED] REST API PUT /users/{user} wrong validation error

Hi I'm trying to update a user: curl -X PUT --header 'Content-Type: application/json' --header 'Accept: application/json' --header 'Authorization: Basic somethinghere=' -d '{ "user": { "name": "Foo Bar", "username": "foobar", "email": "foobar@example.org", "customValues": { "membernumber": "foo", "c...

[v4.7] REST API GET /users/{user}/data-for-edit fields issue

Hi If you want to update an address, you need to get the data for edit first (to get the user object with version). If you, however, limit the result set with the fields parameter, you will get the version property only if you don't limit a sub.field. E.g. /data-for-edit?fields=version%2Cuser works,...

[v4.7] REST API GET /{user}/addresses/primary ignores fields

Hi the /Addresses/getUserPrimaryAddress call does return all fields, depite the latter being limited by the ?fields query parameter. Besides, it would be helpful, to also get the ["version"] parameter (at least, if requested), so that there is no need for a second GET to /Addresses/getAddressDataFor...

Re: How to specify a date in PHP calling the getAccountsSumm

Hi Marcel,

the valid formats for PHP to create a date from a string are listed here: http://php.net/manual/en/datetime.formats.php.

If it is a cyclos specific problem, please post your code so we can help you.

All the best,
Martin.

Access Custom Script over Web Service (from PHP)

Hi We'd like to create a script that returns a set of data to guests. So the script needs to be guest accessible but run as system and return some of the data that require "elevated" privileges. (In our case, we want to return the User's group together with the User's list.) Over the REST API this i...

Re: "No possible type for this payment"

Hi You need a transfer type for every account type -> account type combination. As such, the fact that you can do payments between users, does not mean that you can do a user to system payment. (At least if I understand it right.) So basically you have at least two account types, e.g. - User account...

Re: How to specify a date in PHP calling the getAccountsSumm

Hi Marcel not sure, if I can help, but you might elaborate on your example so that it is easier to help. In your example, you set your start date to 2016-09-01 and your end date to 2016-08-01 $startDate = strtotime( '2016-09-01'); $endDate->year = date("Y", $startDate); $endDate->month = date("m", $...

Re: Custom Operation - Result row click ignored

Hi Luis, Thank you. I guess there was a small misunderstanding. Yes, I do understand that I would have to pass the parameters a1 and a2 togeher with b1 to C, that fine. What I don't understand is how I actually access a1 and a2 within B! :-) So within B, I tried RequestInfo binding.request Propertie...

Re: Custom Operation - Result row click ignored

Thank you, Luis, that works perfectly! Now the next - and hopefully last - question would be, how do I get the parameters that I have passed from the previous script? I tried RequestInfo binding.request Properties binding.scriptParameters Map binding.formParameters RequestData binding.sessionData.re...

Custom Operation - Changing type of row action

Hi, After setting a CO to "Navigate to an arbitrary URL", entering the mandatory URL and saving it, when then the CO is set to e.g "Run an internal custom operation" the URL field disapppears. The changes can be saved (seemingly!). But in fact, when the CO is reopened, the action is set back to URL....

Re: Custom Operation - Result row click ignored

Hi Luis Picking up on this issue, I have tried to redirect to the link of an other customOperation which looks something like (https://host/cyclos/network#system.operations.run-self!customOperationId=2068777009450864121). This works, as long as I pass only an invalid parameter with it. If I however ...
