Hi, I followed these steps: System > User Configuration (left hand menu) > Products > Members Scroll Down to “Messages & Notifications” Click on “Notifications” drop down menu Scroll to “Marketplace as Seller” ------> Ad expired Checked off: “Enabled”, “Email”, “Default by email” And it appeared to ...
