Where can I enable the address fields?

Before it was working but when I started to discover the upgraded cyclos. I add some groups, products. Adjust some functions... Then it happened.

I selected the public registration for users. In the mobile application there is such an option. But when I try to register the New user the mistake report comes out.

If selected no option it means for all groups by default, right?
