Hi all, I'm using C4C 4.5 and have gone from having trouble with some SMS notifications (due to an issue with Nexmo's "long virtual numbers") to now receiving NO notifications via email nor via SMS. SMS Channel down

As of around 1pm EST yesterday we began losing functionality in our SMS channel. At first, the payer was not receiving receipts. This morning, the channel seems to be completely off line. Both our system and the system being used by the Hudson Valley Current were down for (edit: at least) 3 hours this morning, from 8am to 11am EST.

Please don't ask silly questions like do we have the right URL :)

Cyclos is inaccessible

This morning I was alarmed when neither my client nor I received our receipt texts upon my SMS payment, and I've arrived at the office to discover I cannot get Cyclos to load AT ALL. I can't get to my home page, nor sign in screen.

What's going on?

We're on Communities, but for just as odd a reason they stopped they've started arriving again. False alarm...?
