What version of cyclos are you using?
What action is generating this error (what window, input fields etc)

Cyclos has 'themes'. And it is also possible to customize themes. This is all explained in detail in the manual. It would be good to have a thorough read through the manual before starting to configure Cyclos.

this is a bug, it will be fixed in the verison 3.6.rc2

It looks that Cyclos has no permissions to write local files.
Make sure the tomcat user has those permissions set.

There is indeed a problem with the account fee. The next fix will set the account balance correctly

The discard should not affect the account balance of the member/loan receiver. It should clear the 'remaining amount'. I have tested this and it does clear the remaining amount of the loan, or loan repayment if the loan consists of more than one repayments.

This is a bug indeed. Another related bug is that you cannot remove a member from a broker list. It will be fixed in the next (RC2) version.

There are indeed issues with the positive balance account fee (aka demurrage)
This issues will be fixed in the 3.6 RC2 release. We will improve the documentation. Sorry for the inconvenience.
